Director of Operations & Partnerships
Leads operational systems, programme infrastructure and partnership development. Oversees participant records, operational processes and relationships with community organisations, venues and external partners. Supports the development of new partnerships and delivery opportunities.
Jamie Johnson
Director of Delivery & Engagement
Leads participant engagement, programme delivery and development of the CIC’s employment and enterprise support offer. Oversees workshop delivery, participant pathways and relationships with referral and community partners.
Rob McCloskey
Creative & Curriculum Lead
Leads curriculum development, creative workshop design and creative delivery. Supports the development of experiential activities and works with the wider team and external delivery networks to develop engaging, employment-focused participant activities.
Trish Johnson
Work Experience & Community Partnerships Lead
Leads the development and coordination of practical work-experience and community partnerships. Works with venues, organisations and project partners to create opportunities for participants to gain real-world experience and develop demonstrable workplace capabilities.

Compliance & Governance Lead
Provides compliance and governance support to the CIC, contributing to the review of policies, procedures and organisational processes. Supports the organisation in maintaining appropriate standards as its programmes and partnerships develop.
Advisory Network
The Capability Stack CIC draws on a growing network of advisers and specialist contributors with experience across public, private and community sectors. Their expertise strengthens our delivery and provides additional perspectives to support participants and the development of our programmes.

The Capability Stack CIC draws upon a growing network of specialist facilitators, industry mentors and creative professionals. External facilitators and contractors are appropriately vetted and engaged according to their role, experience and the requirements of the activity. All delivery partners are expected to adhere to our safeguarding and quality assurance standards.

The Capability Stack CIC is committed to providing a safe, respectful and appropriately supported environment for all participants.
Safeguarding is embedded throughout our delivery. The organisation maintains appropriate safeguarding policies, procedures and reporting arrangements, with designated safeguarding responsibilities within the delivery team. Staff, volunteers and external contributors are subject to appropriate checks and safeguarding requirements according to their roles and activities.
We recognise that participant information can be sensitive. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our data protection policies. The CIC maintains appropriate procedures for the collection, storage, use and sharing of participant information.

The Capability Stack CIC is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and maintains appropriate data protection procedures for the information it processes.
